Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your booking within 72 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a booking is 72 hours from the date the property is booked for.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellations notification. We will use the same means of payment as you used for your booking, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellations:

In order for bookings to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 72 hours of the date booked.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if Conditions for Cancellation is not met.
